Pick - Up Times

Sunday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

If you chose to pick up your unsold items rather than donate them, you may do so on the final day of the sale (Sunday) between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Anything not picked up by 6:00 PM will be donated to a charity of our choice.  We apologize but no exceptions will be made.

Pick Up Checklist
  • If you are consinging a large number of items be sure to bring help or a cart to help get your items to your car!  Our Volunteer staff is very limited at this point and we may not have extra hands to help you. 

  • Check your bin carefully to make sure all of the items in your bin are yours.  

    • If you have something that does not belong to you please give it to a volunteer.  We will see that it gets to the owner. ​

  • Check lost and found for items that may be yours.

    • Anything left in lost and found gets donated at pm.  If you leave it behind it is gone and we cannot get it back.​

  • If you were selling items that may be too large to fit in your bin please check the Large Item area carefully to ensure you do not miss anything.

  • Once you have completed these steps please sign your Check List Form and Return to the Volunteer at the door.

    • Make note of anything you are concerned with on the form.  I do read each one and respond if necessary.​

  • We apologize but your final total and inventory report will not be updated before you come for pick up.  This means that anything sold on Sunday will not be updated.  We do not have the capacity to make this update while we are breaking down the sale.  We ask that you do the best you can and if you are truly concerned about something, make note on your Check List Form.  

  • Earning Checks are mailed within 10 days of the close of the sale on Sunday

What Happens at Pick Up
  • Beginning very early on Sunday, during the 50% off sale, we begin to prepare for sorting.

  • At 12:00PM sharp the donated items become the possession of L'il Angels Consignment Event and get moved to another room to be set up for our bag sale at 2:00PM.

  • While the donated items are being sorted our volunteers are working tirelessly to sort your items into your bins accurately and efficiently.

  • Often times we are able to finish early.  Sometimes we finish late.  If we run late, we invite you to take a few items and sort them with us to help everyone get their things quickly and efficiently.
