Easy Step by Step Guide


1. Register as a Consignor

     Bensalem Sale:

     Philadelphia Sale:

2.  We accept only a limited number of Consignors so in order to secure a spot as a Consignor and begin tag entry/gain access to other onine tasks, simply submit a non-refundable $10.00 administrative fee ($18.00 fee for Guardian Angel Tagging Service--must contact first for availability) by PayPal. An  You do not need to have a PayPal account... you may use any credit/debit card card or ECheck . 

3. Once you are completely registered, login to Bensalem Sale or to Philadelphia Sale to begin tagging/gain access to other online tasks.

4. Select your merchandise to sell

5. Click "Work with My Consigned Items" & begin entering your items:

  • select category & size: Children’s sizing codes are: 0-3m, 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 2T, 3T, 4T,5, 6, 6x through 16 junior. S, M, L, XL are only acceptable for MATERNITY clothing.
  • enter a description
  • enter price: Price items ONLY in $1.00 increments starting at $1.00. Be priced to sell!!!  As a general rule you will want to price items at about 1/4 to 1/3 of their retail price. With name brand or boutique brand items sold at the higher end. Even the newest items should not be priced at more that 1/2 the original retail price. The one exception to this rule would be indoor/outdoor toys (kitchens, playhouses, etc...). These types of toys are in higher demand thus you can expect between 1/3 to 1/2 of the original retail price.  After determining a price, ask yourself, "Would I pay $__ for this?" 
  • select discount ONLY if item will be discounted during the 50% off sale
  • select donate ONLY if you want the item donated if it does not sell
  • Click "submit item" to save your info into the online system.

6. Print tags: You MUST use WHITE cardstock (60-67 LB) and black ink. Clean your printer's print heads. Select one of the "Print Tags" options, and be sure to turn off any popup blocker you may have running.  When you generate tags they pop up in a new window. If your tags are smeared, please reprint since they will not scan and will NOT be accepted at the sale. The quality of your tags directly affect your sales. If you change ANY information on your tags after printing a tag, you MUST reprint tag. Tags may NOT have handwritten changes.

   

  • Information on the tag (top left to bottom right): consignor #, sale name, size, category, description, donate indicator, item id, discount indicator (REDUCE), price, barcode
  • BLACK DOT means donate. "REDUCE" means 1/2 off on discount day

7. Cut & attach tags to your merchandise.

8. Don't forget to schedule your drop-off for Bensalem Sale or for Philadelphia Sale

Tips for a quicker drop-off

  • Please adhere to your maximum number of hangers limitation (additional fees may apply). If unsure of assigned number of hangers please contact us
  • Please leave a box/tote(s) without lid (labeled with your Consignor ID#) with the volunteer at check-in if you plan to pick-up unsold items the end of the sale on Sun. @ 3:00-4:00 PM
  • Please submit your self-addressed, stamped envelope (Consignor ID# in the lower right hand corner).
  • PLEASE drop-off your hanger related clothing sorted by size and gender (rubber band or twist tie sizes together) AND placed in one of the totes/boxes (if planning to pick-up on Sunday).

9. Pick up your pre-sale pass (1 pass/Consignor) at your scheduled drop-off...see you there!!

  • All items (for Bensalem Sale) MUST be entered into the system by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, March 13, 2012.
  • All items (for Philadelphia Sale) MUST be entered into the system by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
  • You will be unable to make any changes to your inventory after the deadline.
